We're hiring!

We are seeking an exceptional candidate for a Business Development Representative position. Responsibilities include qualifying leads and identifying opportunities through cold calling, email and LinkedIn activities. Responsible for prospecting a targeted list of business prospects related to a specific healthcare calling campaign.

What you will be doing:

  • Qualify leads and identify opportunities through cold calling, email and LinkedIn activities

  • An BDR is responsible for prospecting a targeted list of prospects related to a specific healthcare calling campaign

  • Learn Sandler methodology for calling on and closing meetings with prospects

  • Secure meetings for our Sales Directors (10-12 meetings per month)

  • Meet/exceed daily activities for cold calling and emails (70+ conversations per day via ConnectandSell Tool)

  • Meet/exceed monthly/quarterly qualified leads quota to ensure pipeline objectives ($250K per Quarter)

  • Work with marketing organization to follow-up on qualified leads from our website

  • Articulate Fusion’s solution offerings and value proposition to prospects

  • Work with an assigned BDR leader to insure use of prospecting best practices

Requirements:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a Sales Development/Inside Sales role

  • Passion for sales and building relationships

  • Passion for technology, continuous learning, and solving problems

  • Fearless when it comes to having cold conversations via phone

  • Ability to gain trust and build relationships with prospects quickly via phone

  • Excellent communicator and team player

  • Responsible and competitive

  • Hard working and able to achieve a high volume of outbound phone/email activities on a daily basis while maintaining a positive attitude and an energetic persona

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM

  • Familiarity with ConnectandSell

  • BA/BS Degree
